All cosmetic procedures and anesthesia fees must be PAID IN FULL 3 weeks BEFORE the procedure is scheduled to be performed, usually at the time of the pre-operative appointment. Cosmetic procedures are NOT COVERED by insurance and will NOT be filed to any insurance company.
Please contact the health care practitioner(s) anticipated to provide services to you while in the center regarding a personalized estimate, billing practices, and participation with your insurance provide.
